We spent 25+ years inside large corporations building the financial reporting, planning, and analysis that billion-dollar companies rely on. Then we looked at how growing businesses were handling their finances and saw the gap. The accounting was getting done, but that's where it stopped. Nobody was turning the data into answers. Which products are actually profitable? Can we afford the next hire? Where is the cash going? Those questions went unanswered because the tools and expertise to answer them were only available to companies big enough to build an entire finance team. We started PixelCrest Finance to change that.

We deliver a clean year-end package to your CPA by January 31: reconciled financials, P&L, balance sheet, 1099 summary, and any supporting schedules they typically ask for. Most of our clients keep their existing tax preparer — we just hand them numbers they can trust instead of a pile of receipts and a half-reconciled QuickBooks. If you don't have a CPA, we can recommend a trusted partner.
