Yes. Every engagement includes a one-time $1,500 setup and cleanup. It covers system integration, historical reconciliation, and chart of accounts configuration so your books are clean from day one. This is mandatory because the migration only works when the foundation is set up correctly. Cleanup of older prior years, if needed, is quoted separately as a one-time engagement.

The flat $1,500 setup and cleanup covers your most recent fiscal year: connecting accounts, configuring the chart of accounts, integrating your platforms, and reconciling the recent past so you start on clean books. If you are many years behind with Shopify, Amazon, and Stripe to untangle, cleanup of those older years is quoted separately as a one-time engagement.
