Terms of Service

These terms apply to visitors to pixelcrestfinance.com and to clients who engage PixelCrest Finance for services. By accessing the site or working with PixelCrest, you agree to these terms.

Effective Date: April 16, 2026|Last Updated: April 16, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing pixelcrestfinance.com or engaging PixelCrest Finance for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. PixelCrest Finance is a trade name of PixelCrest Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Services

PixelCrest Finance provides accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services to businesses. Services are organized into Essentials, Growth, and Scale tiers as described on the Pricing page, with final scope confirmed in the client service agreement.

PixelCrest prepares management financials, not tax filings. We do not provide tax preparation, tax advisory, or audit services. We coordinate with your CPA or tax preparer to deliver a clean year-end package, and we can recommend a trusted tax partner if needed.

PixelCrest may integrate with payroll platforms such as Gusto so payroll entries flow correctly into your accounting records, but we do not process payroll directly.

Professional Standards

PixelCrest Finance is founded and led by Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs) in good standing with CPA Ontario.

Management financials are prepared in alignment with GAAP and IFRS where applicable. These reports are for internal decision-making purposes only and should not be represented to third parties as audited or reviewed financial statements.

Client Accounts and Data Ownership

Your accounting data lives in your own QuickBooks Online or Xero account. You own your data at all times.

If your engagement with PixelCrest ends for any reason, you retain full access to and ownership of all data in your accounting platform. PixelCrest will not restrict access to, withhold, or delete your financial data upon termination.

Pricing and Payment

Monthly service fees are billed in advance through Stripe on the date you enrolled or were subsequently billed. Pricing is listed on the website and confirmed in your client service agreement.

Amounts are billed in the local currency of your country, including CAD for Canadian clients and USD for US clients. Payment is required by credit card on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.

Month-to-Month Engagement

All monthly service plans are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts.

You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to admin@pixelcrestfinance.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are issued for partial months.

One-Time Services

One-time services, including cleanup work, setup projects, budgeting, forecasting, or strategic planning, are scoped and priced individually.

Payment terms for one-time services are outlined in the proposal or service agreement provided before work begins.

Delivery Timeline

For ongoing monthly services, PixelCrest targets delivery of reconciled financials and reports by the 15th of each month for the prior month's activity.

This timeline depends on timely access to your accounts and reasonable response times for requested information. Delays caused by missing credentials, client-side delays, or third-party platform outages are outside PixelCrest's control.

Confidentiality

Client financial data is treated as confidential and is only accessed by team members who need it to deliver services. Team members with access are bound by confidentiality agreements.

PixelCrest will not disclose your financial information except as required by law or as necessary to deliver services using the third-party tools described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

PixelCrest provides accounting, reporting, and advisory services based on the data and information you provide or make available through connected platforms.

PixelCrest is not liable for decisions made based on management reports or recommendations, and our services are not a substitute for tax advice, legal counsel, or audited financial statements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelCrest's liability for claims related to its services is limited to the fees paid by you during the three months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PixelCrest Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Report templates, dashboard configurations, and analytical frameworks developed by PixelCrest remain PixelCrest's intellectual property. The financial data and outputs generated from your data belong to you.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice.

Upon termination, PixelCrest will complete any work in progress for the current billing period, deliver any outstanding reports or financials that are due, ensure you have full access to your accounting platform, and share any recommended next steps when appropriate.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these terms or from the parties' relationship will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
